On a related note, it was nice to read a comment by Asso-Akotto, the Spurs defender, over the weekend calling for PL footballers to give back a few percent of their income to their local communities. Obviously this has been prompted by the riots, but it was a nice article revealing a guy that was still in touch with his local community. It would be nice if such a trend emerged. Very surprising, but nice nonetheless.

He's playing 'The Game Of Life' and he's winning.

He's also telling us how and why he's winning.

Can't say fairer than that.

Superb.

That would be great.

On second thoughts though, he may buy the club and then dissolve us and strip the assets.

That's pretty much how he got rich.

Actually Buffet's one of the good guys. He buys solid undervalued companies and let's them do their thing. Unlike Romney, who got rich doing exactly what you suggested.

I'd love Warren Buffett to own Everton Football Club.

I'd love it. Just love it.

He's a guy who made all his money from being quite simply very very astute.

And gave most of it away to charity. (Bill Gate's foundation)

He's too astute to buy a money pit like a Premier League team.
