And I agree. If his aspirations for the club are to produce a top 10 finish, I think he needs to check himself. However, after the abyssmal start, I can understand him coming out and re-evaluating his goals to that, it doesn't make it seem so bad. If he came out saying this at the beginning of the season, all hell would break loose.

DM's lack of explanation surrounding anything he says is really whats going to end up getting him in trouble with the fans, more so than already.

pretty much this, except any other season we could probably boast about being the best team in merseyside etc., but we lost to them 3 times so i dont really know if we'd have a point, it still is funny how low they are considering what they've spent. Regardless of what they've done in the cups, that can be pot luck sometimes. I think moyes is seriously gunna ponder his future with us this summer, he does seem a bit down, would love him to say one more year in the summer and just let all hell loose and go for bust to do something special which will hopefully lead to a trophy. He'll be so dissapointed leaving here after such a great job with no trophies
