Player Valuation: £1.5m
Moyes intends to tell Kenwright he needs a £15m transfer chest to get Everton back into Europe. That wouldn't pay for Michael Owen's injury treatment bill. If he can achieve his aims with that small amount he should be handed a Sainthood.

He would do well to see £5 from the club. I just wonder how long he'll take living off the equivalent of a giro.

To be honest, that would do to actually show we've got a bit of ambition.

15 mill plus player sales rounds up to about 25mill + means a demba ba, nzogbia, rodellga could easily be bought .

Would make life easier.

Its £15mil more than last year can't do any worse in the transfer market. We can still be linked with £20mil players we can't afford only for Happy 'Arry to gazump us again cos one of his 30strikers hasn't scored for 2 games. Ultimately If £15mil is all we have then i''m glad its Moyes who has it, at least theres a good chance of spending it wisely.

Unfortunately, there's absolutely no way we'll spend anything more than £2-3m net this transfer window. However, I have a feeling we'll "break the transfer record fee" to appease the fans - off the back of money raised from Rodwell or Fellaini of course.

No matter what, the fact remains that Moyes has spent less than £2m net per season since he took over, and that's actually a generous estimation. That ain't changing this summer.

He'll be lucky to get that before player sales!. To me, the only way he's making that money up is through player sales but Moyesy isnt one for making fire sales and selling at bulk to build up capital.

Believe that Moyes wants to tell Kenwright he needs 15m? If he doesn't want to tell Kenwright that, I'd be outraged

I agree but why not 20M?

Papers write something and you believe them, thats outrageous.

It depends on the context of 15 mill - if its true which it prob isnt. 15 mill would arguably get us a striker capable of 10 -15 goals and possibly a wide inside forward. Added to that there seems to be one or two attractive frees and a loan here and there, we could see the squad improved.

Wheather that 15 mill in transfer fees, or 15 mill on transfer fees and wages is a huge difference in terms of budget - if its even true.
