I've taken this from OS. Essentially, Moyes hints that third parties are sticking their heads in the trough and complicating our chances of signing decent players.
The current situation is one of the toughest of David Moyes' time at the Club.
The manager has been working hard to add to his Everton squad - but is yet to clinch a signing this summer.
He admitted that the focus on bringing in new faces means he's been unable to devote his full attention to the current players - a state of affairs he's not happy about.
Moyes told evertonTV: "It is one of the toughest times I have had as Everton manager.
"A lot of my concentration isn't with the players that I have got. They are the most important ones.
"There's no doubt that a lot of our energy is getting spent on possible new signings and I don't think that's helpful for the team."

Indeed, the manager's involvement in trying to boost the Everton ranks has lead him to note some key differences in the way the transfer market operates.
The current transfer window closes on September 1.
"We have come quite close (to adding to the squad) a few times but for different reasons it hasn't worked," he explained.
"In this business you need big money. You need that to attract players to the club. The shutters in the shops are halfway down at this time.
"You have to move with the business," continued Moyes.
"It's changed a lot. Deals aren't done now by managers phoning managers or chairmen phoning chairmen. There are a lot of other people with their fingers in the pie."
