We used Thomas Hengen as a scout in Germany until last year when he left for Hamburg, wouldn't surprise me if he was asked on the matter.

Whomever we're speaking with for names, we do have a very thorough scouting network in place; experts on most European countries if you will. You can bet that Emerson Thome was asked about Vitor Pereira as well.
