Di Canio, we need a Mr Nasty, a ruthless [Poor language removed] to get rid of dead wood & stir things up a bit. We're in danger of stagnating.

He threw a TV at one of his players, told the fans they should shut up and pubically dressed down some of his players as not good enough for non league.

He's not a bad cop, he's a fecking lunatic.

I'd stick with lunatic, myself.

Not saying there isn't a place for characters in the game but we have a great team spirit and a really likeable squad who work their socks off. Would hate to ruin it all by bringing in some mad fascist italian.

Spot on lad

I'd be quite happy with either of Laudrup or Martinez. I think Martinez has performed a miracle keeping Wigan up this amount of time and he's got a good temprament.

and he seems to have a decent scouting network, pulls names out of the hat that no one has heard of and quite often they tunr out ot be half decent, not sure what he's like with bringing youth players through which I think should also be a consideration
