Well, Davek was 100% correct about today.

Being 20 i had never experienced a Wembley loss at the hands of Liverpool. I got home about 10 minutes ago and am sat in my room feeling totally empty, undoubtedly the worst i have ever felt about Everton.

We totally capitulated in the second half when we had taken the lead against an average Liverpool team, that makes it 3 from 3 this season and 19 from 23 since the beginning of Moyes' tenure that he has failed to secure a win in the derby.

Disgraceful.

Anyway, poll attached. Let's get a quick knee jerk reaction going to pass the time.

I don't think we will win silverware with him at the helm. He's had two big chances now and has blown them both.

The only saving grace mate was that there was no trophy to be paraded under our noses this time. Been there done that....had the black dog of depression following me around for months afterward. Today still ****ing hurts like.

In - We won't find any better without investment

Moyes is more expensive than 95% of the managers in all the top leagues of Europe. We won't get the likes of Mourinho, Guardiola or even wotsisname who Chelsea sacked...but there are tons more options we can afford on Moyes' wages.

The thing is though, it would have been worse if we'd at least gotten at them, you know ?

I could have much more easily stomached a loss of we had at least gone out there with the intention of giving them a good hiding. This isn't like City away in the league where you're trying to grab a point and build towards the season as a whole, this was our one shot to get retribution for this season and all the times they have done us in the Cup before, but we totally bottled it.

1-0 up at half time and looking strong, and we just capitulated. Even without Distin's mistake i didn't think we'd hold out.
