Moyes furious with Toon duo

That's all well and good, but where was this outrage immediately after the final whistle? Maybe the FA would have taken action if he'd have done what he should have done and kicked up a **** storm and not come out with the 'not that type of player' line. Cap in hand gets kick in teeth, as the old saying goes.

Dave you absolute chief, with hindsight and TV replays of course he is going to react differently! That second in the heat of the moment it is easy to miss something like that!!!

No excuse at all. You think they dont have monitors at stadiums like St James Park (or any other Premiership ground for that matter)?

Moyes has taken this 'dignified' approach a bit too far when he's not reacting to challenges like those last Sunday on young talent he himself had vowed 'to protect' two days earlier in the local press. IMO, Moyes hasn't realised the full extent of the injury to Anichebe and the Rodwell injury and has spoken up way too late. D'you think his mentor, Alex Ferguson, would have let them go on the day? No chance. I tell you what, I bet you Moyes doesn't repeat the mistake, "chief".

Managers cant look at monitors anymore, the FA stopped them. So its only after games they get a chance to review things. Hes seen the tackles again and hes come out and voiced his displeasure. Theres not much else he can do really, yet again Daveyboy finds another reason to jump on Moyes back.

After the game is time enough: look at monitors > opinion made > face the tv/press. Doesn't sound like the sequence he followed on the day does it?

Yes, 5 days after it happened. Bit late then. No use going after players when he's already practically exonerated them.

I've always supported Moyes and backed him. Still do. I just dont think he's the Moyesiah who does no wrong.

It needs the FA to sort it itself out and get really tough with the football hoodlums. Minimum 6 match ban should be the rule.

Not only that a panel should review the videos of all games and hand out yellows, reds & bans after looking at evidence or extending bans for red cards given.
