Placenta? I've heard of rubbing it on an injury, but not eating it...

Bloke i worked with in NZ had previously worked in a huge mental hospital, and he used to come to Christchurch to pick up placenta as they put strips of it onto bed sores to make them heal.

Maori take it home and bury it.

I believe it those filthy french that make a meal out of it.

Guilty here. But Tom can do things with a placenta you or I could only imagine. In fact I think he has actually eaten a placenta bigger than himself.
