Oh anybody who posts on social media about “discipline” and “consistency” just because they do some exercise a few times a week and pre-cook some meals inferring they’re better than everybody.

They’re not exactly climbing Everest every day are they? Lots of people do it and don’t feel the need to tell everybody.
