More belated Moyes distaste

His behaviour in interview last night was one of a man who's been given assurances he can carry on next season. He doessn't seem that arsed. There seems to be a narrative being pushed in the media that he's had a Herculean task in breaking up this present 'average' squad and putting together his own one. The level of delusion at play there is unbelievable. That squad were champions with a margin of 11 points. The dramatic drop away in form can only be explained by a new manager coming in who is clueless about handling top players and incapable of giving them clear instruction about what he wants them to do on the pitch. That Carrick interview spoke volumes. Totally lost and bemused.

The Glazers have to act at the end of the season and end this catastrophe. Moyes simply wasn't up to it. If they allow him another season (or even part of it), they can kiss goodbye to the CL again the season after next.

To be fair to him, the players really haven't showed up this season

Partly his fault, for not motivating them like, but still, outside of Rooney and Carrick none of them have been putting the full effort in for him

He doesn't know how to set them up and make use of one of the most potent strike forces in European football. Look at that quote overnight from Van Persie: "Our fellow players are sometimes occupying the spaces I want to play in. And when I see that it makes it difficult for me to come to those spaces as well. So that forces me to adjust my runs, based on the position of my fellow players."

He's completely out of his depth dealing with the possibilities this level of talent brings and his meddling is making them worse. He's a dinosaur. We all knew that, now United and the rest of football are having it shoved right in their faces just how promitive he is.

im pretty sure they wont sack him before end of season, if they do they have to sack him NOW to try and get players motivated for second leg

imagine those 3 trying to inspire you! even giggs - great player and all, i cant imagine him to be an inspiring speech maker, i suspect moyes chose giggs and neville as his utd connections as he knew he could order/bully them!

i dont even know what hes going on about, hes playing as a number 9 where are these spaces being occupied by other players?! if anything he has too much space..

I think his point is that he's being asked to drop back that far to get involved in play that when the break comes he's often not the target for the final ball into the box.

Is it my imagination or has Giggs made himself scarce lately? Not wanting to get too close to the toxic Moyes brand. Possibly his successor.

aah that makes sense, prob lost in translation a bit..lost dressing room?

Considering he completely ballsed up United's only real scoring opportunity he probably should just keep quiet.

He's done nothing but complain since Moyes arrived.

The question you have to ask yourself who in that team would you swap for those in ours?! I promise you I would much rather have the majority of our players than theirs.

The goalkeeper and strikers- thats about it.
