what would you rather. Everton drag Moyes and Utd through the courts for the possibility of a few hundred thousand quid but at the same time destablizing Bobby's bedding in. Or, stand your ground in the transfer market and rip Utd off for 28m for a player who clearly wasn't going to fit into Bobby's system

This. We come out of this deal much better so move on and stop going on about it or risk looking like a Martin Moone.

This for me. He's been knobby since becoming their manager but it's mostly trying to save his own bacon. We've improved with Martinez (quite considerably imo) and took them for top dollar for Fellaini. Because its turned out so well I'm still very thankful for Moyes' time here, and feel a pang of guilt every time I smile at another united defeat.

Don't see that. If they finish in the high 60's to low 70's it's still a massive fall from grace. Fair chance they'll have mathematically lost the title with 20% of the season left. Don't think that's happened too often in the last 25 years

They will be in the championship by then going on the current rate of decline, with the other two has been's of English football nottingham forest and leeds united.
