im pretty sure they wont sack him before end of season, if they do they have to sack him NOW to try and get players motivated for second leg

If they want to save their season, Moyes needs to go now and get someone in who can get them to win the second leg.

My prediction is that Martinez will land a job at a big club in 2-3 years and we will go back in for moyes then.

You could be right with your first guess, but your second is highly unlikely.
