More belated Moyes distaste

HE IS RUINING OUR TEAM TO SHREDS. FERGIE MADE THE WRONG APPOINTMENT AND IN TIME, HE WILL LEARN THE BIGGEST MISTAKE HE EVER DID!! MOYES OUT AND NOW

-ManU fan

I'm surprised no-one seems to have picked up on this but, here's a theory:

Fergie wanted to preserve his legacy at all costs (he has been known to harbour just a little bit of an ego).
He most certainly didn't want Mourinho to succeed him because, in all likelihood, and with time, Mourinho would win another European Cup(s).
Fergie knew full well that the ginger clown wasn't up to it, so recommended him to a gullible Board, knowing that he would fall flat on his miserable face.
Legacy preserved, until the next Machiavellian plan is put in place.

At one point i tended to think that Moyes was just a part time worker...manager who can keep the ship going till the real chosen one Giggs was ready. Thats my conspiracy theory.

I dunno, I mean I wanted him out as well. It's possible that if we'd had another manage we would have 2 mroe fa cups in our hands.

But he improved us hugely last year. That was the best football we played under him.

I can't help but think a new manager taking over two summers ago when we were really dire would have had a far harder start then taking over last years already very good team.

And it's also possible we wouldn't have got Martinez if wigan were a pl team at the time.

Things worked out well for us the way it went, tbh. I can't get too upset.

Trouble is it seemed all so accidental City throw a load a dough for Rodwell as he was showing signs of being a busted flush and hey presto Jelavic, Gibbo and Mirallas come in like gang busters.

It's the biggest criticism of Moyes things happen to him rather than by design.

Can't believe how every single criticism of Moyes has crystalised at Utd - dithering in the market, dreadful football, killing strikers, choking every big game and being a magnet for bad luck.

Scandalous he was allowed so long here the media spin covered Kenwright and lined Moyes pockets - horrendous era.

i've always had a bit of a feeling that this could be the case, but then always think naah, surely not.

he's made mistakes with some signings obviously, but surely he knew deep down moyes wouldn't cope with the pressure there, a lot of evertonians knew it would be the case. he's never won anything either, never shown he's a winner, nor has the mentality of it - but they are good friends, think it's mainly to do with that.

Kenwright would welcome Moyers back with open arms. He loves moyes more than he loves his Jenny

He DID but then days are long gone, Moyes has been shown up for what he really is, he was no longer good enough for Everton. Villa, West Brom, Newcastle ...etc might of been ok for him

The fellow who offered that opinion has no love for anything British when it comes to football, believe me. And that includes LFC.
I don't think he has a particularly high regard for Rogers and was simply using him to emphasise his contempt
for Moyes.

After the Gal' - Chelsea match, the same pundit said that Mancini 'turned Manchester City into a real football club'.
I hope that gets to the Blue Moonies.:D

My prediction is that Martinez will land a job at a big club in 2-3 years and we will go back in for moyes then.
