Ha ha getting fingered by all the fifa virgins because one of their darling kiddies isnt being talked up because we won a game.

Anyone who seriously tells me Moise Kean has done as expected or better since joining is a MASSIVE liar.

Im NEA about age - like Delph and Iwobi they have so far poor signings.

Im willing to give Kean and Iwobi more time BECAUSE of their age - but im not going to be a barefaced hypocrite and not point out the flaws in their game/performances.

TBF the thing that gives me most faith in him is the fact he has kept going despite everything, including some frankly idiotic management.

I dont mind the lad and hope he grows and develops the longer he's in England - but unlike DCL who cost £1.5 million the lads a near £30 million signing and whilst I've tried not pointing out his bad performances (I often blamed Silva for denting his confidence) 6 months into life in England I just want to see more from him.

Good battling for the initial ball and then support to Richarlison and 'assist' for Walcott.

Definitely heading in the right direction under Ancelloti.

Not there yet and won't be for a while.

However his improvement under CA has been fantastic, his strength to hold hte ball up and waste time in the corner shows that he's perhaps getting a bit more used to the league as well.

That's the big difference to last game.
Against Newcastle we had Niasse tripping over himself and giving up the ball. Kean showed great strength to run the time down in the corner flag to prevent that exact situation from happening again. I'm not directly comparing Niasse to Kean here because that's an insult to the young Moise but the point is he does try for the team, even when he's been in a game where he's been isolated up top for a large part of it.

He's bang average at present lets not pretend otherwise based on one good performance against a shocking Newcastle side at home.

Nowhere near ready yet - if Brands was worth his salt he would have been Cutrone'd out on loan with another CF coming in as rotation.
Yeah binning him off on loan straight after him scoring his first goal for us would have done wonders for his confidence, a master stoke even. You should be our DoF lad. Absolute genius you.

Im sorry but the club shouldnt be run to not hurt our players feelings if they aint doing it on the pitch regularly then thats not the clubs fault.

He just isnt ready yet and when DCL is off it we have very limited options / experience up top.

I want him to succeed and accept he needs more time but im just not seeing it with him, you sometimes see something in a player and think "yeah he's a rough diamond" I just havent seen it.
