When you are in your new gaff you will have all the modern football going experiences to enjoy.
Like people eating huge cartons of popcorn, buying pizza in the boxes to have at their seat, people with selfie-sticks, people with seven bags of merchandise from the club shop, people with tablets, people with laptops,women doing cross-stitch, people vloggging, tourists in half & half scarves, fans of other teams (not the opposition) wearing their club colours, away fans sitting where they want while the stewards do nothing but target home fans for standing up instead.

I went to a baseball game in the states, and this is exactly what i saw. They even had playstations at the back kids could play for when they 'got bored'.

Urgh, sounds like one of those hideous Red Bull clubs, zero credibility and reeks of edgelord fans.
Hope we avoid this with the new stadium.

Woolwich, West Ham & Spurs are all clubs that historically had a 'hardcore' of around 35k (give or take) and the expansion/moves into 60k stadiums have killed the traditional support. It happened first to Woolwich and both Spurs & West Ham have, despite saying it would 'never happen to us' followed suit.
The clubs HAVE to get bums on seats & do whatever it takes to make it happen. Corporate 'fans' and tourists spend far more money than original fans who are less likely to spend money on peripheral crap having already shelled out for the Season Tickets etc. Also, old school fans are likely to be moe 'fiesty' and hard work for the stewards & tarnish the product so the clubs don't mind losing a few thousand along the way.
Of course, if any of those clubs start to be less 'successful' the modern fans will disappear as quickly as they arrived and the clubs will never get back their hardcore fans they have so badly treated.
