Mobile Phone Version

Been trying to get this sorted for a while now after someone asked.

I think I have sorted it.

If anyone with a half decent phone could try viewing the site and giving feedback it would be appreciated.

I have made the site text viewed for older phones and left it as it is for newer iphones.

Posted via Mobile Devicelooks fine on my n95. Sounds odd this maybe but being able to not use the mobile edition would be a nice option too. I prefer the full browser version when i can find a wifi connection.

im confused - is the "posted by a mobile device" automatically on there? or are people just writing that?

I was viewing it on my n95 in the 'mobile' version. But most modern phone's no longer need a skinny mobile version, or at the very least should be given the option to switch between the mobile and full version.
The iphone, N95 and the newer sony ericcssons have full internet browsing features.
Mine even plays flash and can use surfthechannel and youtube etc it can even download torrents.

It is nice to be able to use the mobile version though when I'm paying for it!
But I use the full version of any page if there is a wifi connection I can access (which is most of the time as I work in IT!).

Ich I attempted to leave the full version for modern phones, I know for example the iphone displays the site as its viewed here.

I have added the N95 to the excluded 'forced mobile version', not sure whether it worked or not?

The problem is, the text version would for now suit the majority of mobiles. I cant seem to make it possible for the default version to be the mobile version with the possible to change to a full version. I assume you tried going into user CP, edit options and changing that way? (you can also test the mobile version by using the drop down bottom left)
