I'm waiting for the new Samsung Note to come out. I just get it on interest free for a year, and trade in my old one. Pity the Note isn't coming out sooner- I'd of flogged you my S10+

I have bought a few online from China -bang good ,geek buying and aliexpress but the problem I had was updating them as they were meant for the easern markets so make sure it is the global model you buy .

Yeah my mate always buys brands I've never heard of for next to nothing. Usually good spec too, updates are ok if you're willing to spend a while scouring online for them but most people can't be arsed with that.

This anti-Chinese sentiment is pretty weird, I've never had a single issue with this phone in 18 months or whatever. I had several problems with my iPhone and Samsung. I guess it's a case of YMMV.

Avoid brands like huawei and oppo at all costs. I'm on the p30 and it's a bag of poop. Will be going back to Samsung once I've saved the dosh.

Don't even think about Xiaomi.
