It's fun going from watching the Premier League to MLS where mediocre players like Johnny Russell are top level attackers. Anyone who thinks the US can build a successful national team around primarily MLS players is naive.
Its near finished. They are playing their first 6 games away from home so they could finish it.
Nah not so much especially after what happened to Chivas USA. Many don't think it needed another team in LA and were hoping that San Diego would get a team.
In saying that they have one their first two games and one of the scorelines was impressive.
It will be interesting to see if they can build a fan base.
Would Chivas have the biggest fanbase in SoCal if they were still going?
No chance. They folded because they had the worst attendance in the league.

He's so naive. Doesn't get the game or the history of the sport in general or even in the US. He thinks in 20 years so much money is going to he invested in the league that it will be considered a top one lol.
He doesn't know anything about the NASL and what they drew at times and folded. I think the MLS, but thinking it's a top league or producing talent is a joke.
