RIP to the most tragic of Dodgers. Gone at 90. I forgot Ralph was still around, I must admit.

Such a famous moment. Who was on deck when Thompson hit the home run? Willie Mays.

So many famous figures in that moment - Leo Durocher, Eddie Stanky running down the third base line with Thompson. It was before my time, but I grew up listening to that home run call and listening to the whole story.
