Not sure I'd be happy with those if I were a Sox fan. Ramirez has been injury-prone and one wonders how Sandoval's body will hold upRed Sox makes waves now... Ramirez and Sandoval
Lester-day…
All the losing seems so far away,
Now we know the Cubs are here to stay
Oh I believe in Lester-day!
The Cubs top four in the rotation is (barring a trade) going to be…
Lester
Arrieta
Hendricks
Hammel
Last year, those guys combined for a 2.76 ERA. Kids coming up everywhere. Can the long drought be over?

Prognosis for your Cubbies appears inversely proportional to my Rangers. Best of luck--I know a lot of Cubs fans could use some excitement, esp. as Lester may not even be your best signing so far.
Probably should start a new thread for 2015, but HOF ballots released today.

Just about right I reckon. Personally I still think Edgar deserves a lot more credit, sigh.
Fingers crossed. It has been painful to watch for a while.Cubs now looking at James Shields ?
Getting really serious now. Made some nice moves already and got some really nice prospects coming through as well.
Are the Cubs going back to the post season ?
