Theres a difference between being a maverick and being wreckless with your career. Gravesen was a maverick but was always on time to training etc and worked hard. Mirallas by all accounts is a decent lad who works hard but has a bit of flair.

No, against these id rather have someone capable in the middle of the pitch of being a little more creative, Neville does a good JOB in DM, but doesnt need to be there everygame.
