This could possibly go just as well in the fume section, but, albeit belatedly, as I'm happy here it is.

30th Jan 1969...depending where you are in the world.
The day the music died?, well peaked, well if not peaked you could see the tide was on its way out...and anyway we still had next season to revel in - then it did go down hill.

That's good. The film Withnail and I portrays the year 1969 too. Great for Everton but the tides were turning.
