As is usual with health food stuff, it's more than twice that here... :mad:

God forbid you had my condition and were also on SNAP benefits (trips to my nephrologist's waiting room suggest this is probably more common than you'd think/hope)...being in
"a world of hurt" would be an understatement even IF the govt weren't playing games with your funds.
The equivalent sugar content of Oatmilk isn’t far off Coca Cola iirc.
It’s a different type of sugar (maltose) to coke (high-fructose corn syrup) but it’s significantly higher in the glycemic index and an oatmilk latte has the equivalent of a table spoon of refined sugar or something mad.

There is a fair load of sugar in the so called barista versions, the unsweetened has the same or less than cows milk usually.

In the states especially, dairy companies are flooding the net and media with pretty poor information

It's not even close, Coke has almost 6X the sugar content for a similar serving of the oatmilk I mentioned. Sugar isn't something I have to keep an eagle eye on anyhow at this moment.
