This happens in my work all the time. You ask them to move and they look at you as if you've got 3 heads.

Old people are the worst for it. They stop and turn around really slowly looking up at you as if you've just stamped on their corgi.

I sent a guy home the other day for a health & safety related incident.

He was working on the 7th floor about 4 inches from certain death with no protection or harness etc... Some people are insane.
