Not being able to open the windows in the evening due to the new neighbours who've been having massive smoky barbecues which smell like they're burning tyres every night it's been hot.

How come tea is always miles hotter than coffee? Can't say I've ever had need to slurp my coffee but on occasion, slurping volcanic tea has been required.

Rear garden fence ownership. The fence to the left (as you look at it from the house) is your responsibility I think? My neighbour has a complete mish-mash of knackered old panels, and is clearly not prepared to stump up for new ones. But it makes our garden look crap. What can you do?
