That's generally how blindness works.
 

Getting on the elevator and hearing someone say "hold it," and as I look out to put my foot in the door I see a disgustingly obese man walking towards it. In between his wheezing and heavy breathing he managed to ask me to push the button for the second floor. Unfreakingbelievable.

Agree with you on this. I've never used them but I understand why some people do. People barely able to afford to live but they are bombarded with advertising for the latest technologies. It frustrates them that they can't afford it and then Brighthouse pops up. They don't want to be in debt but end up caving in. On the other hand people should have will power and live within their means but Brighthouse etc know that some people simply won't do this.

We were with them years ago. Had a baby due in a few weeks, got a house and had no washing machine (or hd ready tv, but still a necessity lol). but yeah, we had no choice at the time but to sign up to get said washing machine, i think in time as well we got a couch as the one we had cost like 20 quid second hand and had a limited shelf life after a year or so! When it came to the last few weeks of this 3 year contract they did nothing but threaten us when we asked if we could pay next week! Even saying to us 'we will come and get the item if you dont pay this week', like they would come after a three year old couch lol its unbelievable how nice they are to you until you owe them money.

binned them off first chance we got, thankfully went into full time work after that.
 

People who tweet things like "think people are your mates but they turn out to be snakes" and then don't tag the person they are on about. FFS I want to know who it is.
 
Pay day loans being ridiculous and also advertising everywhere.
One I heard on the uk radio wanted you to have a guarantor so they basically are getting someone with good credit to be part of the loan agreement but still have an apr of 49%. Insanity.
Then there's the one that talks really quick when saying the small print but I think I heard 1000 something APR in there. That should be illegal imo.
