I found myself doing this the other day, but I only did so because the person I was writing to is so thick they wouldn't know what 09:00 was and I was too lazy to delete it so added AM at the end.

He isn't an Iraq veteran. He did a tour or two in Afghanistan - firing a .50cal at nobody in particular. And flew a helicopter that better (Academically) qualified people were stood aside for......so that little ginger hewitt could 'have a go of the whirlygig'.

In fairness to him though, I don't know of any politicians' kids being there in any capacity.

Agree with the top two sentences. By 'tour' I mean in a show capacity, rather than a serious combat role. (Hence the .50 cal comment)

However, I'd like to know which politician's kid(s) are our there or have ever been to either Iraq/Afghan.
