minor things that make you fume

'That's him off of Eastenders'.

Surely this cannot be grammatically correct? What is the alternative? 'That's him off Eastenders?' 'That's him from Eastenders'? Help me out here, people.

traffic lights.

Or people at traffic lights.

here i work there is normally a lot of people walking out at the same time so they all walk to the traffic lights to cross over to the shops / car park etc.

And NONE of them ever press the button to cross. They all think its magic or something because the light does not change by itself! Was stood there before and after about 2-3 minutes of much higher educated people stood around me waiting, i look round and press it to get across the road.

People who press the crossing button when its already lit.

People who press the lift button when its already lit.

People who hammer the train door button before the light is flashing (and often before the train has stopped moving).

People have real problems with buttons in this country.

Charity collectors who look at you as if you've shot their dog when you walk past them without donating any money. Do one you judgemental idiots.

How much of the money goes to the cause? Less than 5% I bet, whilst the CEO drives around in a gold plated Bentley and lies in a bath of champagne. I'd sooner give a quid to a homeless person.
