minor things that make you fume

There's feet below, but I'd have thought the bath perimeter would still need to be on the ground.

Not tried it yet, was told to give it 24 hours.

AI reckon it's alright - seems odd to me though...

Bet you can't wait to lay in it with a tin of fancy biscuits shortbread. Should be fine, most standard baths are held up by flimsy bits of leg anyway.

Looks lovely though, nice job, nice finish. 👌
Enjoy your nudity 🛁

After 5 years of enduring a 1940s bathroom, I finally saved enough by not buying expensive biscuits and got the bathroom done.

Thing about bathrooms is, they have water in them, is that laminate flooring because if it is, it'll be goosed inside 18 months. Unless it's fancy designed lino.

Hate to erm, rain on your parade, tight gaps and spaces make cleaning and drying spaces very problematic, that tiny recess is going to be a fluff and mould hotspot. In other words, a real swine to upkeep. (Not like you can lift it with it being plumbed in.

Looking at the pic again, there's a door stop built into the floor, where is the door that requires this measure? The bath can't be within the door radius can it???

Big deep bath though, looks like a good hot soak tub that.

It's karndean bathroom flooring mate - waterproof/for bathrooms. lifetime warranty apparently.

Thought the same re gap, but apparently it's normal on newer baths. Had a scout online and seems a fair few ask the same question - seems odd to me but...

Always shave my eyebrows.
Stupid idea hair on them, and female eybrows these days look like 2 slugs crawling across their forehead.

I always think they need a bit of a trim and I usually get them done at the same time as I go to the barbers but I've decided to try and save myself £25 by doing my hair and beard myself and that's the result lol

It was finished yesterday.

After they left - I noticed the bath seems to... float?

The feet below the bath mean the bottom perimeter of the bath isn't touching the floor.

What's going on here? @Bryan+ @tommye @anyoneelsewhoknowsplumbing @tagaplumber

FFS - Someone's gonna start a show us your bath thread now.

Hopefully without them in it.....or hopefully with?
