We bring it on ourselves. 2 mins into the game we should have a penalty. That pie faced moron, Keane should be in the ref's face. But no, he trundles back to his position. Even the commentary picked up on it.

That is the level of English football officiating in a nutshell. The opposition are gifted a goal by very poor refereeing and you get 2 yellow cards for daring to be upset about it. Dog muck. Doesnt change the fact that we are absolutely dire at defending set pieces though either.

Massive pressure on Silva now. Nothing less than a win here will ease that.

These are the VAR games

friday 25 January
Arsenal v Manchester United (7.55pm GMT)
Saturday 26 January
Manchester City v Burnley (3pm GMT)
Brighton & Hove Albion v West Bromwich Albion (3pm)
Newcastle United v Watford (3pm)
Sunday 27 January
Crystal Palace v Tottenham Hotspur (4pm GMT)
Chelsea v Sheffield Wednesday (6pm GMT)

Disgrace that different games in the same competition have different officiating rules. Proper bent.

The commentators on the ESPN feed have been tounge bathing Oliver all game. Once they showed the replayed, they admitted it hit his hand, and then immediate started making excuses for why the officials missed the call.

It’s disgusting.

All TV games should have VAR, no excuse, absolute joke.

Almost like they've picked all 5 remaining members of the top 6 for VAR

Funny that
