Nar your right, we wont miss him.
heres an idea mate,
change your little shitty signature which is harping on about "class of 09", take all the names off it, just leave Artetas on, thats all the class of 09 is about isnt it? Just Mikel Arteta yeah? tool

Class player but we can overcome this. Im as gutted as anyone that we didnt win, and we didnt create anywhere near enough chances, but the loss of creativity was cumulative - no Osman or Pienaar already was bad enough, and we were carrying passengers like half-fit Fellaini and Saha as well. It doesnt all rest on Arteta, we're a team, we just need the rest of our midfielders back.
Last season;
3-1 Newcastle at home, 3-1 Portsmouth at home, 0-2 Man City away, all those games were characterised by great football, good goals, and no Mikel Arteta. Pienaar and Osman stepped up - we can do it without Arteta.

I think everyone's just disappointed that once again, just when we are moving on as a team, separating ourselves from the rest of the [Poor language removed] in the league, something has come along to [Poor language removed] it up. Mikel playing centrally has been massive for the attitude of the team, how we approach and play the game. Without him in there we back to outbattling the opposition to win, we certainly won't keep possession anywhere near as well. Hopefully we can find some way of balancing out our midfield so that it's not quite as terrible as it was today. Also have to hope that it wasn't just Arteta that made a difference to our play, but also Leighton coming in and Yobo going out. Seeing Joseph launch it for no reason every five minutes brought back some bad memories.
