Player Valuation: £50m
I've just listened to some old YouTube commentary of this game (the last minute 2-2) on YouTube. As I was listening I jotted down who was playing. I can't for the life of me work out the formation Harvey was playing. I'm assuming it's this, but it still looks very unbalanced with Pointon on the left wing, Snods centre back and where was Harper playing?

Any thoughts?

Southall

Stevens Watson Snodin van Den Hauwe

Steven Reid Harper Pointon

Sharp Heath

Maybe Heath covering left side and then supporting Sharp in attack. 451 off the ball and 442 in attack?

I have a lot of respect and admiration for Colin, I do think if we are to be honest, we bought some players who were not good enough replacements for the ones leaving and had been successful.

It probably played a part in the rot that started to set in once the Premier League started a few years later

Absolutely, I agree Harvey was a tactics genius, just that personal looked unbalanced.
