@Morag and I lost 3 stone each on that last year. Tempted to go again in Jan but I just put it all back on again.

Don't the cool kids call it the ketogenic diet these days? Done it myself for a year or so and felt fantastic. Will definitely start again after
Christmas.

its not rocket science if it microwavable..

alltho I once tried to re-heat my old chinky in the foil tin forgetting that the microwave doesn't like metal.. was like a fireworks factory for a good 30 seconds
