For me it's about reading the game and having a football brain.
If you have football intelligence, good positional play can compensate for a chronic lack of pace.
Keane lacks this ability and its the main reason he struggles.
Branthwaite has got it and that's why for him it looks so effortless.

I could probably post this in the Dyche thread. We have crap players, a manager none of us would choose and a transfer window that makes Ipswich look like Barcelona, compared to us.

It’s our owner and his mate Bill, that took us here, not Keane. Hate him all you want, all we can do is support him, it isn’t his fault.

Well I don’t have the in depth stats, but we’ve basically been a joke since the moment he signed for us.

When Michael Keane plays we will not/do not win games. Dyche's "gameplan" relies on having good defenders and he is as bad as they come.
