2024/25 Michael Keane

Pennington was okay, just that he PL is above his level, which was fairly obvious. Seems to have made a career down the leagues which is also fine.

Yup, exactly why I said he lived the dream for a brief period. He was nurtured by Jags while playing and also played with Holgate next to him at RB most of his games.

Contrastingly, Keane has been nurtured (re: saved) by several and will quite frankly be exposed even further once he's demoted to a lower level than Everton. Just imagining him with Faes at Leicester, for example, is the stuff of nightmares.

I can see Dyche taking Keane & Young to Leicester if he gets the job as reported. Oh dear 😂 😂 😂

Will he still be on the books by 31 July though 👀

Michael Keane is a towering slab of English defending excellence... like a brick wall in boots, if that wall occasionally forgets where its full-backs are.

Standing tall at the heart of Everton’s defense, he’s got a noggin built for headers, a boot built for row Z, and a face that says, “I’ve seen some things.”

He may not be the fastest gazelle in the safari, but when the chips are down and the ball’s in the box, Keane throws himself at danger like a mustachioed anchorman into a jazz flute solo - bold, dramatic, and maybe a little offbeat. Stay strong, Michael... and stay classy, Everton.
