2024/25 Michael Keane

Has his goal against Crystal Palace when we were 2-0 down more than made up for it? Similar logic is being used for Doucoure. He’s 45 minutes away, at best, of making a defensive mistake and with it it changes the atmosphere of the crowd and the team so he simply cannot be lingering around until a testimonial. Purge the club of these wastrels!
We'd have stayed up anyway, in the end.

At best his goals/gaffs ratio probably are in a slight deficit. I'd be interested to see if any of resident stattos have 10 mins.

Serious point on Keane: for the money paid he's been a serious let down. Smaller fee and I suspect many might go easier on him. Or with a smaller wage he'd have been easier to move on.

DCL cost £1.5m so don’t think it would matter.

….Young offered a deal and turned it down, Doucoure offered a deal and turned it down so it could be the case that a few others have been offered deals on reduced terms.

I dare say we’ll find out about the loanees and out of contract players in the next week.
If that's correct about reduce contracts if gives that bit of hope that we have sorted people who know what they are doing over contracts for a change no more Holgate's on 70k a week
