That last minute incident was hilarious, he got out muscled by the attacker, so had to grab his shirt in desperation........and we got the free kick!!!

Imagine what it would`ve been like on here last night, if they`d been correctly awarded a penalty.

I don`t think there`d be many defending him.

He ranks amongst the worst defenders ever seen at the club.

I think this is why many are willing to give Marco the benefit of the doubt for a bit longer. He really has inherited some garbage, can’t be easy trying to teach “try and anticipate danger” to a £30m defender.

Nice try buddy. Now go back and see if you can complete that 2 piece jigsaw you got for Christmas while the grown ups talk about the football.
Nice try buddy?

So you are happy to have a defender who makes at least 1 major mistake in every game.

We are a side that cannot afford to make a defensive mistake because offensively we are just as bad

There was stat during the game that we haven’t won a game this season where we have conceded first

Leicester game we lost cos of his mistake

Yesterday he should have given away a pen with a needless tug

Millwall he lost his head after the 2nd went in and got a stupid yellow card

Bournemouth he failed to control the ball on the half way line and got a stupid yellow card for a dangerous tackle

He is brain dead

He is not a good defender

I may only be highlighting isolated incidents in a whole 90 min game but I was watching him very carefully yesterday against one of the worst attacking sides in the whole of England not just the prem and he made a mess of easy clearances, his defending style is wild at times. He appears to have no communication with Pickford. He is always caught out under the ball for crosses and when a striker is on him he rarely wins a clean header. The amount of times Mounie and kachunga got their head on the ball was ridiculous just lucky Pickford was on form and some of the headers were weak.

He will be a long term liability for us if we continue to play him. He is no better than Ashley Williams imo.

I actually think he’s one of the positives of the season. Generally played well and we could easily sell him for £20m+ now.

I know this is less than we paid for him but we wouldn’t have got a sniff last summer, so it feels like we’ve gained £10m+ on him this season.
