Wade said he was abused at the 'train station' in a certain year, yet it wasnt even built until 2 years after - and even after that Jackson was on his Dangerous tour, meaning he couldn't have.

After living in Trump Towers and being in rehab, it ends up at 3 years not 2. Which makes it 3 years after Safechuck claims the abuse had stopped. Wade Robsons mum also stated that Wade was on the trip to Niagra Falls, rather than alone with Jackson at Neverland when the abuse apparently started.
