Player Valuation: £70m
The times I have heard us labelled Boys v Men when we go against the top 4 was just so annoying, knowing our history.

Hardly hear about it anymore.

This season we have taken points of all of the top 4.
 

Sadly it's only a point each.

We should be looking to turn them into 3, but im happy none the less. We still have have a gap to bridge, a massive gap infact before we can be amongst them but its gonna take money. We don't have it, so until Kenwright sells up the best we can hope for it 6th or 7th place.

I'm happy none the less with these games out the way though, i'm praying we avoid an embarassment at United though.

I'm pretty much inclined to agree with you, don't think we be good enough to go above 5th.

Apart from one thing : that the so called big 4 seem to be a lot more un-invincible this season.

Only really Man U the last 10 games or so have looked like the top 4 teams of old. Of course the others are still good but the gap doesn't seem to be what it was.

So if we stay the same but they regress we will be closer to them.

Just think where we would be if we hadn't been so [Poor language removed] at the start of the year, we would be right up there.

But with our squad and no money its a real fight to even stay where we are.

There's a good chance we will tail off near the last quarter of the season, espeically if we get no new players in.

Just makes the summer even more frustrating really.

it's gonna take plenty of money,

Agree with that, Nick. I also think in the serious press, Everton are given more respect than many fans admit.
