He needs to state clearly he wanna join Koeman's revolution. Koeman will help him to develope.
 


I don't think the only two options in football are hoofball or Martinez.

Koeman is the manager. If his style is like that but it gets you results I see no problem of it. Moyes was similar and he made this club a genuine top 6/7 PL club.

...plenty of hoofball at the moment but we are managing to pick up points. I think we have to be fair to RK and let him bring in his own team model, only then can we truly judge the strategy. I'm not defending him but the current approach might be tactical.

I agree it's painful to watch at the moment.

For what it's worth, I don't think this style will last long. Assuming January goes how Koeman wants it to, I expect when Gana gets back from AFCON we'll see a fairly accelerated change into a more high-tempo style with more passes along the ground.
