But Drenthe is Dutch. Or have I missed the joke somewhere? He's gonna turn out to be the Dutch Drenthe

FailYou explained the joke and then missed it.
Difference between Drenthe and Depay is that Drenthe looked a decent player based on a few games with the Dutch U-21 team. Everyone with half a brain could spot it would go horrible wrong when he went to Madrid after that tournament though.
However, Depay looked like genuine world class potential when he broke through at PSV and the national team. Thought he'd make it at United, but seems he has completely lost his way. Any manager that can bring him back on track will have one hell of a player in him. Will anyone be able to that though? I'm really not sure. One a loan deal with option to buy I'd say it's definitely worth a try.
I'll get a season ticket and fly over for every match if Moshiri is prepared to spend a bit of that monopoly money on me.Maybe he just needs shouting at in Dutch?
did you think he was poor august to december last year?

You can only use sletten if you're talking to multiple Dutch players. Ah well, good that Stekelenburg is our no 1 for the season.Dont worry, I will call him a sletten every game.
He had a run of games when he looked good. But the reason you buy him on fifa to the reason why every manager has binned him are complete polar opposites.
If he was 28 would you be this enthusiastic about him
i dont have fifa so dont follow?
if he was 28 no....but hes still young enough to replicate that form and improve.
Deulofeu is only 22.
Id sell all other wingers before him. Just needs to be told how great he is and although i think hes better with a run of games i think he can be s brilliant impact sub if taught and trained 1-1.
1st half of last season he was amazing...if he played like that every game hed be the best RW in the league.
Mate for a similar period of time Jelavic looked like the second coming of Lineker, short periods can be decieving, he had a purple patch of form at a time when the opposition had no clue what he was about, the form went and teams figured out how to nullify him, what you see now is what you get, a player who will never make it at the top level
