Speaking of Americans and Geography, does anyone remember the episode of drake and josh (we know you watched it, don't pretend to be cool) where they pondered why New Jersey was called New Jersey when there's no old Jersey?

So is York, England. I didn't know New York moved to England.

There is a New York in Lincolnshire and a Boston.

When you look at a map of the USA, pretty much all the North East places are named after places in Britain.
