I've got the Bat out of Hell album cover tattooed on my back, Back into Hell album cover on my left hand side and The monster is loose album cover on my right. Have also got his signature tattooed on my right shoulder blade. Guess you could say I'm a fan.

No? Not here? (sighs, leaves...)

He lost all credibility to me when he tried to get all the videos of his terrible performances (his comeback tours) removed from the internet, as people were taking the piss out of him for it. They truly were awful, I can't believe no one said 'maybe this isn't a good idea mate, you're Pyar Tosh now lad'

Have to be in the mood sometimes, and while Im not a superfan or anything, really love a lot of his songs. Everything Louder Than Everything Else (still one of my favourite songs I ever learned to play on guitar), Dead Ringer For Love, Peel Out and Ill Kill You if You Dont Come Back are probably the standouts.

Saw him in 1982ish in Birmingham. There were big rumours that he would include a Liverpool date on that tour but seeing as he sold out the NEC for several nights it should have been obvious he wouldn't come. He apparently made very little money from the record sales and earned his living from touring. I seem to remember an interview in which he told the tale that he (or it might have been Jim Steinman) got their nose badly broken in Liverpool by a woman they were trying to chat up..........
