McFadden going out on loan

Lol. It begs the obvious question. What the hell was the point?!

Exactly. Wasted a lot of money on wages for players that we didn't really need.

Also, I think Marcus Hanheman is a decent 'keeper but why do we need an experienced third choice goalie? Think he has been an unused sub twice.

Everyone has 3 goal keepers as u need them if one gets injured or banned. We used all 3 a few years ago due to injury to howard and turner getting sent off

Maybe this was the plan from the outset. Get him in, get him fit, loan him out (to a club who will pay 100% of his wages til May) then flog him for some cash in the summer.

He's out of contract at the end of the season. If someone will pay his salary whilst on loan then there's no problem at all here surely?

No plan - he was an additional body when we were suffering with injuries. It was only ever a short term deal for him...

People far too quick to jump on the club hate bandwagon sometimes, as previously mentioned he was a backup signing and seeing as he's going to get close to no game time now we might aswell offload some of his small wage bill to another club.

Agreed. 110%.
Moyes did faddy a favour, letting him train and resettle where he knew. Don't forget we made a few quid on him, and personally I like the fact that our manager doesn't ostracize former players and seems a decent enough bloke to get on with (so long as you dont try to shaft him).

Moyes should have been using young players to fill in the gaps and give them experience when we were suffering with injuries.

Getting in past it players, who weren't that good in the first place, on bigger wages, is a waste of time and money, even if it was only for the short term.

Good luck to him, hope his time here has got him fit and he has a decent injury free run from now on. Seeing as we made a good profit on him last time I am pleased we helped him out when he needed it. Doubt he was on much at all anyway wage wise and with Vic back as our striker cum winger off the bench he is not needed.
