Yes. Also the Derby recruitment has been very poor. They leave Chris Martin on loan to Fulham, this is donkey thoughts. I think they should have thought outside of the box for this appointment. Maybe Marcelo Bielsa. Gary Rowett might not be powerful enough to stand up this this donkey chairman.

Not really. If you look at what derby fans are saying the majority say it's the wrong decision. They've employed five different managers in three years I believe...
