Maybe it's time for Neville to go

We need stability at the moment lets look again in the summer. If the captain goes now the spirit of the players would get even lower, neville may not be as consistent this season but i would prefer him to hibbert.

Makes more sence than simply selling for selling sake I agree mate

I would think there is probably something in this rumour. Strange one but not like Phil to keep quiet on anything. Anything around the 3m mark and we'd have to take it. Would be silly not too surely. Has the damage already been done now anyway as his image of being a staunch blue these days is most definately tainted even if he stays. More worrying for me is that I believe Pip is mega influential in getting new signings in/introducing players/helping players settle etc (true captains role that.) When we are desperate to pull in players of the highest calibre for next to nothing, we're going to need every persuading factor available to get them to sign in the first place. We'd be losing one of the "good" guys at the club (honest pro, from North West etc) but sadly, needs must I reckon. If Moyes was allowed to use the cash I'd trust him to use it well.
