Player Valuation: £500k
Out of contract at West Ham, could be a decent player for the squad especially at no fee. Wolves and QPR are the only other clubs rumoured to be after him at the minute.

Thoughts?
 

He's a crock with a big mistake in him every game he hobbles out onto the pitch for.

We have a WC class CB in Heitinga.

As back up? Maybe if we do sell both Yobo and Heitinga, I think I'd rather give Duffy some gametime though. He's 32 though, so we'd need a replacement next season basically.
 

Im guessing his wages would be high and could prob be spent better somewhere else

Also would rather a yongster be givin mins on the pitch to develop than some over the hill defender looking for one last big pay day
 
Wasn't saying I'd be for him coming, FYI, just wanting to get some debate going.

Certainly agree about the comment on Heitinga, I'd prefer to see him get a run with Jagielka than sell him.
 
He's crap, old and would want first team action.

We have 3 infinitely superior CBs ahead of him.
 
No Fee = Big Wages

I mentioned this before, there was some transfer research report stating that a 'free' transfer still costs the acquiring club about 80% of the comparative costs had they paid a fee for the player.

Personally I think he's very overrated and I'd rather keep Yobo as cover than spend the extra money on salary. Not a Moyes signing judging by his historical transfer dealings.
 

i can see him going back to arsenal for a couple years to add some british muscle to their flimsy froggy eating surrender monkey backline.
