Hope someone can help. I'm trying to purchase 3 tickets for Palace game via Everton FC site. Myself and the other 2 are members but the system isn't allowing me to assign tickets to them. Everyone has checked account details and they both allow me to assign tickets to them but the system doesn't seem to like it. Any clues/advice anyone?

It sounds like they are, but are you sure you have added them to your “Network”…
Go to www.eticketing.co.uk/evertonfc and login to your account
View Account Menu > Account Management > Network
If they don’t show in your list then you need to click “Add Members” and then search for them by Membership Number and Surname
