Can I just say that in my experience the people who answer the phones at the ticket office do a good job.
I let my season ticket go when my wife got ill so I buy my tickets through the club membership scheme .
I would recommend it to anyone waiting for a season ticket. I bought a ticket for the Villa game on the resale platform for row c lower Gladys street behind the goal but after a few days I thought about it and realised I would probably be spending most of the game standing up which I have done many times when I was younger but I am 70 this year and did not fancy standing up these days.
I went on line to see if there were any other tickets on there and tried to buy one for the Bullens.
As I had already bought one for the game I wasn't able to buy another so I rang the club and they cancelled my ticket and put the money back in my account.ten minutes later I was able to get the ticket I wanted online.
The fella at the club was really helpful I know they get slated a lot but credit where credit is due.
